Marty Rich & GAV CORREIA
CO-FOUNDER JUPITER PROJECT • ELECTRONIC RECORD PRODUCERS • SONGWRITERS • INTERNATIONAL BRAND AMBASSADORS

Marty Rich and Gav Correia are the producers and co-founders of Jupiter Project, the Australasian electronic duo behind Gold-certified hits, #1 NZ Spotify chart placements, European releases through Universal Music France, and festival stages alongside Flume, Will.i.am, and Jason Derulo. Together they built one of the most successful independent electronic music acts to come out of Australasia, not through industry connections or major label machinery, but through relentless craft, smart collaboration, and a refusal to wait for permission. One studied law. One was training to be a chiropractor. Neither was supposed to end up here.
Jupiter Project is the Sydney-based electronic R&B duo formed by vocalist and Creative Director Gavin Correia and producer Marty Rich. Their story begins at the University of Auckland in 2009 - Gavin throwing law school parties, Marty trying to sneak in. A mutual friend tipped Gavin off that Marty was a music producer. One jam session later, Jupiter Project was born. The two couldn't have arrived at music from more different directions. Gavin grew up in India, emigrated to New Zealand at eight, won his school's talent quest, became Head Prefect and Dux, and enrolled in law — negotiating his way through every recording contract Jupiter Project ever signed without a lawyer, skills he attributes directly to his legal training. Marty had moved from Tanzania to Perth before relocating to New Zealand to study chiropractic. Both graduated. Neither practised. Music had other plans. Jupiter Project's breakthrough came with "With You" featuring Jetski Safari and Helen Corry - a Gold-certified single in New Zealand that charted in France and Belgium and accumulated over 8 million streams globally. "Temporary Love" with Karmadella and Libby Offord peaked at #1 on the NZ Spotify Charts. "Summer Rollin'" featuring Ryan Enzed became a ZM radio fixture. Their EP Zeus - recorded across ten studios in Hollywood - drew comparisons to Phoenix and Drake, sampled Hudson Mohawke and Jamie XX, and was released through Universal Music France for the European market. Across their catalogue, the duo's blend of alt-indie, electronic, and R&B production earned them tens of millions of streams worldwide and a reputation as two of the sharpest creative operators in the Australasian independent scene. On stage, they became fixtures at Rhythm and Vines, Our House, Float Festival, and across the Australian circuit - sharing stages with Flume, Will.i.am, Jason Derulo, Skrillex, Diplo, DJ Snake, Major Lazer, and Jauz. Their ability to translate studio craft into a high-energy live show built a loyal following that crossed markets and demographics. Brand partnerships followed organically: Adidas came on board after spotting them at Rhythm and Vines — the first stage Jupiter Project ever played — and collaborated on the Nite Jogger campaign. JBL has featured them across events and activations, cementing their standing as cultural partners for some of the world's most recognised audio and lifestyle brands. Individually, both have continued building beyond the duo. Gavin has applied the commercial acumen developed through Jupiter Project to a career in global licensing and brand strategy. Marty continues to produce and develop new music and artist projects. Together as mentors, they bring unique individual and together a rare dual perspective mising the producer's craft and the performer's instinct, the creative vision and the business discipline.
