During her three-decade tenure at APRA AMCOS, Milly spearheaded the delivery of game-changing programs like SongHubs (over 90 residencies globally), set up International offices in Los Angeles, Nashville and London with a focus on supporting our export community, created the Vanda & Young Global Songwriting Competition, The Billions List, and assisted with mentor acquisition for SongMakers, APRA AMCOS national schools program pairing students with professional artists. Her work has launched careers, fostered lifelong collaborations, and raised over $2 million for charity, all while amplifying underrepresented voices across music, education, and cultural sectors. Milly leads with a firm commitment to safety and ethics in the creative industries, actively working to protect creators from any form of workplace harassment or abuse. Milly’s mentoring style is personal, strategic, and deeply informed. She offers practical guidance alongside high-level industry intelligence, drawing from her extensive experience in management, publishing, sync, touring, rights, and philanthropy. She is a Board Director of Noro Music Therapy and MPEG (Music Producers & Engineers Guild), and a founding member of Women in Music Australia (WIMA). To work with Milly and ensure that you are getting the most from your sessions: ⚙️1. Choose a Casual or Package Mentoring Session Option Below and select from a first Available Time: Choose an appointment option below and complete your booking payment. (If you select the package of 3 make sure you select 3 days and time slots to book before you get to the payment gateway and ensure you leave enough time between sessions to reflect and prepare!) 🤝2. Check out your Confirmation Email Link Within 5 - 10 minutes you'll receive an email confirmation and an appointment to add to your calendar to work towards - there are key questions to make sure you are clear on prior to any initial mentor meeting to fill out so we're ready at least 24 hours before your session - but as soon as possible is best! 🎯 3. Prepare to target Specific Goals in your Session Make sure you come into the sessions open minded, fresh, and ready to make the session effective. Think about your 1, 3, 6 and 12 month goals - share them and consider what you need to achieve them. 🔥 4. Feedback and Next Steps Each mentor will record the meeting and have notes to summarise to you on what you've discussed within 24 hours .
